Happened to be back in town when my engine light came on so I emailed my favorite service advisor, Brian Edwards, and got I first thing the next day. Brian always responds quickly and is always friendly, professional and enjoyable. I got right in, quickly got a loaner car and before I knew it Brian was calling to say my car was ready for pick up. Fantastic Service Department I have dealt with several service advisors ove the past couple of years and they are both great. Robert Rodgers and Brian Edwards are knowledgeable, I have dealt with several service advisors ove the past couple of years and they are both great. Robert Rodgers and Brian Edwards are knowledgeable, professional and freindly. With little wonder. The manager of Service, Mike Marsh, is a true leader. He has gone out of his way to assist me in many ways, and is a true example of what a quality manager should be. Many MB dealerships in the Southland have service departments that tarnish the Mercedes reputation. Luckily, this one does not. It is excellent. More
I needed some service and they gave me a great price without any BS. SOLD! I wasn't impressed with the demeanor or sweat stains of the valet guys though. Bought my 2009 pre-owned c300 at Rusnak Arcadia from Mason. He was very helpful. The negative reviews are for the service department. The $300 oil change and $750 transmission flush seemed a little Mason. He was very helpful. The negative reviews are for the service department. The $300 oil change and $750 transmission flush seemed a little pricey for my first visit. I asked if thre were any coupons and my service rep said there are none available . I went online and found a coupon for half-off the transmission flush and brought it back to him. It was still an expensive visit but he should have been more helpful and honest instead of making me do the work. The other negative with Rusnak Arcadia service is the car wash. I have family members that have purchased cars from Beverly Hills and South Bay Mercedes dealerships. The complimentary car wash only takes half-hour. At Rusnak Arcadia it has ALWAYS been over an hour. I just heard today that Rusnak Arcadia is undergoing construction for the next TWO YEARS and not offering the car wash anymore. No plans to offer alternatives. Free car washes for life was communicated at the time of sale. There are so many top rated dealerships in Southern California. Why would you come here? More
I take my 2005 CL500 to only Rusnak for regularly scheduled service. I love the fact that I'm advised when major issues will require immediate attention, as opposed to being over sold for work when scheduled service. Additionally, Rusnak offers a free $1,000 membership program for all service & parts, I really appreciate that! Rusnak's service department is 2nd to none! More
Usually get my 3 benzes serviced here. Usually pretty reliable and friendly, but nothing special in terms of prices. Offer free shuttle if you live in the area, but the wait is not worth it. They also are not very good at returning phone calls and am waiting for a few parts to come in which were supposedly ordered a month ago... <br><br>Never purchased from here, but they have some extreme markups on AMG benzes in the 10-20k range! I inquired about ordering a 2004 E55 AMG before it was released and the salesman said they won't take my order, but were willing to sell me one $25k over sticker. He must have thought I looked like an idiot.... More
