Fantastic experience with Alex Clothier and Annapolis! Alex Clothier and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis service center are excellent as always! I randomly volunteer to pick-up an elderly church friend from ki Alex Clothier and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis service center are excellent as always! I randomly volunteer to pick-up an elderly church friend from kidney dialysis and need reliable transportation. Weather reports indicate snow on the road and the last thing you want happening is to have vehicle issues that can turn a serious medical condition into a medical emergency. The service department - customer service lady was very kind to assign an appointment time plus provide a loaner vehicle this week due to a last-minute cancellation. I was very grateful for the available appointment date but the appointment time still required an overnight and driving an unfamiliar vehicle. When I happen to arrive very early on the day of my appointment, Alex Clothier understood completely and allowed me to check-in early. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis service center and Alex Clothier had my vehicle serviced, washed and I was a pretty happy customer! I was so grateful to be back on the road with my own vehicle the same day! This act of kindness and professionalism saved hours of my time and provided peace of mind knowing I'll be driving safely in my own vehicle during the "big snowstorm". Thank you, Alex Clothier, customer service and the entire staff, for working with customers, their schedules and showing real concern for their safety and wellbeing. God bless!
