Bryan was a huge help with my GLC. I brought it in with several sounds coming from the motor area. He put me in a loaner then had an update the same day! I've been to a lot of service people before and he's the first one who actually seemed like they were listening to all of my concerns. My car is my other baby and he's my go to guy for anything big or small when it comes to my ride! More

1) Steve has been my Customer Care rep for my last two vehicles. He is always efficient, professional, courteous. The equivalent of AutoZone or similar when checking out. 3) Loaner, although appreciated, was filthy. Huge clumps of pet hair, all over carpet and backseat with a sticky smeared consul. 4) parts and merchandise nice enough, however extremely slow and unorganized. More
