I got a loaner car while the work was being done and when it was determined that the work on my car would not be completed in time for my family vacation to the eastern shore which was no fault of Mr Clothiers he accommodated my needs for an SUV for my trip with another loaner vehicle. This meant so much to me and my family. Today I took my 2016 C300 for its regular service appointment and was meant with the same professionalism. Mr. Clothier, again provided me with a loaner while the car was serviced and completed the same day. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and Alex Clothier gave me a 5 star service. More

They went above and beyond and made what could have been an uncomfortable experience go smoothly. I would highly recommend going to this dealer as they stand behind what they sell. As far as the service department,they are very professional, and helpful. I have gotten to know several of the service advisers and managers and they always are friendly, they know my name and have taken great care of me and my car I see them with all their customers and the level of customer service with everyone is well above what I have seen at any other service center. Chuck called me soon after that day and confirmed what needed to be repaired, then used their nice text message system to give me regular updates rather than tying me up with another phone call. The Service Manager, Mac is accessible, fair and easy to talk to. When I enter the Service center driveway, I am welcomed first by friendly valets who know my name. Then I walk in the center, and I am greeted by name and taken care of immediately. The atmosphere there is welcoming, as well as the staff. At check out, Pia at the desk is so friendly and pleasant! My service advisor, Alex Clothier, introduced me to all of the additional services Mercedes provides such as their complimentary car wash and vacuum services, and loaner vehicle service for customers to use as their car is being serviced. Alex displayed excellent communication skills. He was sure to keep me updated while my car was being serviced, and never left out any important details (such as cost and time approximations). He even made sure I was fully knowledgeable on the loaner vehicle he provided me with. On top of his professional behavior and excellent customer service skills, he is simply a pleasure to work with. He exceeds what is expected of him to make sure you leave the Service Center comfortable and happy.
