I am very new to the Mercedes Benz family and I must say my experience visiting with the Mercedes Benz Annapolis Service Center has been a great one. My Service Representative (Mike Adams) has been exceptional. His attention to detail and his communication skills have been "A Plus". He spoke to me intelligently, professionally, and was polite the entire time. He kept me informed about my car and was very responsive.
