Easy and fast service experience Once again, Alex Clothier made my trip to the Mercedes Service Center in Annapolis an enjoyable one. I received my loaner quickly and was on my way. Once again, Alex Clothier made my trip to the Mercedes Service Center in Annapolis an enjoyable one. I received my loaner quickly and was on my way. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the cashiers worked quickly and my beautiful, cleaned car was returned to me by a very kind gentleman who even opened the car door for me. I used the Annapolis service center twice in the last six months for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, on my 2016 GL550, and I’m truly convinced your TEAM is a cut above the rest of the competition.
