Peter Herman was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and communicated with me frequently with great service updates. Mr. Herman really made me feel like a valued customer. I could have gotten my car towed to any Mercedes in the area, but I chose this store because of the great customer service I received from Mr. Herman in August 2022.
