First 10,000 mile check-up I needed an oil change because it had been a year since I purchased the vehicle even though there were only 3000 miles on it. I really didn't need the 10,000 mile check-up but because I had the prepaid maintenance plan, I had to use up the 10,000 mile check-up. I wish the prepaid maintenance plan was a little more flexible with the mileage for those of us who do not put that many miles on per year. More

Excellent service. My wife and I have been using this dealership for several years. Whether it is to buy vehicles or to get them serviced, these folks are the best. To purchase vehicles, we dealt with Christie Armstrong , and Elio Coventry, the sales manager. I've had my new SLK for a month now, and these two are still going out of their ways to answer questions or help with any requests I have. For service: Mark Tomasi and Shawn Durham are, in my opinion, two of the most knowledgeable and helpful guys anywhere. Sometimes when you have questions or concerns, and the people you're asking don't really know the answer, they give you something that you know instinctively couldn't be right. Not these guys: They know what they're talking about. I'm pretty mechanically savvy, and I've always found that what I've been told by them is absolutely correct. Add that to some of the best customer service I've ever had, in any service facility anywhere, you have the perfect team. One example: We had a maintenance problem 80 miles outside Chattanooga. I called Mark. By the time we got to Chattanooga, he had arranged with a dealership there for an immediate service appointment, and gave us directions. I hardly had time to look around at the new cars, when ours was taken care of and ready to go. I don't know how it gets any better than that. More
