Unpleasant experience with Beth Chavez Beth Chavez displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor when speaking to me in the service area. I approached her after picking up my car from the b Beth Chavez displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor when speaking to me in the service area. I approached her after picking up my car from the body shop. While driving my car I noticed that my notification panel was dark. I was just a few feet away from the dealership and drove in to the service area where I exited my vehicle and saw Beth. I greeted her and explained my situation . She was curt and condescending with me. Her response to my concern was " go back to the body shop and let them fix it". Fortunately as I was entering my car, I saw my sales person (Ismail)coming from the service area. We greeted each other and I explain the problem with my vehicle. He immediately entered my car and took one minute to solve the problem. I thanked him and we talked about my new car experience. More
