Lie about service prices and totally lack customer service Two times I was quoted one price over the phone and then arrived to be told another price. Last week I went in for a 20 dollar headlight and was told Two times I was quoted one price over the phone and then arrived to be told another price. Last week I went in for a 20 dollar headlight and was told it would be 220 because they needed to go into the wheel well to change it. I said nevermind and changed the bulb myself In about 2 min without going through wheel well. I attempted to call both service and general manager and after one week have received no response. This dealership is full of deceitful snakes and I would not trust them More

Benz CLK550 convertible from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills (Michigan) in late Dec, the check engine light came on aft After purchasing a 2007 M. Benz CLK550 convertible from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills (Michigan) in late Dec, the check engine light came on after a week of ownership. The service manager Ryan at the Toyota Dealer told me to take the vehicle into a local M. Benz dealership. I took the car into Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and was greeted by Shawn Durham who was just Outstanding..Although repairs came to $6000.00, Shawn went out of his way to explain in detail the repairs that needed to be addressed right away. After contacting the Toyota store where the vehicle was purchased Cody the sales manager suggested we trade the vehicle in rather then help with the cost of repairs. Shawn also with the help of Beth in the car rental dept, put in in a new vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was in service . Five stars Shawn and Beth for the CARE AND COMPASSION, this is the meaning of customer service...Be Forever blessed. Luther More
Exelence in service and beyond I have an old Mercedes with a crazy diagnostic and stop running. I took the car on a flat bed trailer and drop in for service. I became a loyal customer due to the people who work there like Matt Davis, who I’ve been going to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor for almost two decades! I became a loyal customer due to the people who work there like Matt Davis, who is one of the nicest, honest and most competent Service Advisors I have ever encountered at any dealership. He is always willing to "go the extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied with the service you received. I feel like Matt truly cares about making sure that you are (or will soon become) both a very happy and loyal customer. I also like how he takes time to explain the finer details of exactly what needs be serviced and why. I've never felt pressured to purchase anything extra or to buy something I didn't want or need. Whether they are servicing my 2013 GLK350 or my 1998 ML320, Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor and Matt Davis have consistently provided me with both high-quality service and a level of overall customer satisfaction worthy of awarding them a 5-star rating! Exceeded Our Expectations Since the early 2000's, we've purchased 3 Mercedes from Mercedes of Ann Arbor. We've continued to visit this dealership for our service needs. Ov Since the early 2000's, we've purchased 3 Mercedes from Mercedes of Ann Arbor. We've continued to visit this dealership for our service needs. Over the years they've offered the convenience of providing transportation to work or home, while service was being completed.. When parts had to be ordered, they've offered the use a loaner vehicle, when one was available. During the last few visits, I've had the pleasure of being greeted by Matt Davis upon arrival. He is professional, courteous, and I trust his knowledge. I also appreciate Matt's honesty and patience with me when I ask him lots of questions about something I don't understand. He's calm, detailed and easy to talk to. Most recently, our SUV was towed to Mercedes Ann Arbor the day before Thanksgiving. My husband met Shawn Durham and he explained that they would work to get a diagnosis as soon as possible. Shawn followed up with a call to inform us when the car was actually in the stall, gave us a detailed explanation of the diagnosis, time frame for receiving ordered parts, and the cost. Shawn consulted with service manager Matt, and he called us back with a plan and solution that was unbelievable. Shawn went the extra mile for us and we're appreciative. We were also able to pick up our vehicle sooner than anticipated, and it as clean (inside and out) as the day of first purchase. We'll forever be grateful to Matt, Shawn and the Mercedes of Ann Arbor Service Team. Thank you for your exceptionally caring and professional attention to our personal and maintenance service needs.. WORST DEALERSHIP TO BUY/SERVICE!!! I Leased a GL from this dealership and I will NOT recommend anyone to buy or service there vehicles at this dealership!!! There service manager has an IQ level of my 4yr old!! I can't believe they hired a non qualified service manager!! My recommendation is buy or lease your next car from another dealership that cares about there customers after the sale. But when it comes to getting your car serviced here you would probably get better customer service at a KIA dealership then this dealership!! BUYER BEWARE More
