Best customer service ever! Honest, professional and courteous. We brought our GL 450 to the dealership for service. Mark Tomasi and Larry DeBaker are amazing!!! I have gone in this dealership for service three times now. Mark has helped me every time and has always been kind, considerate, and informative. I purchased my first Mercedes CPO vehicle about 6 mos. ago. Since then, I have taken it to the dealer for scheduled maintenance and a minor repair. The service has always been superb. The service advisor Jason Collins is a case in point. When I drive in, he suddenly appears from his office and tackles the problem. He has always been able to identify the trouble quickly; and when he has more than one option that could be taken in the repair, he calls me at home. The work is always done on time. I could not be happier with the treatment I have experienced. There seems to be a lot of teamwork, and I anticipate that I will be able to praise other people at the dealership in the future. More
