We price ourselves against other Mercedes-Benz Centers in the area all the time to make certain our pricing on parts and labor is competitive for the services we provide. What you may not know is that even though we can sell discounted non-OEM parts to save you money, we feel this practice is a long term disservice to our customers. Mercedes-Benz OEM parts cover the parts and labor at any Mercedes-Benz center should the part fail. This means if you are traveling and the part fails, any Mercedes-Benz store will replace the part and labor is free! Yes, you may pay a little more for expert certified installation, and yes we are a store front not an online dealer with no overhead, but in the end, I'm sure you would agree that the long term safely for you and your family knowing that the dealership and the brand will stand behind the product is priceless?
