We had an appt but when we brought the car in, they realized that they hadn't ordered the parts for my GL 450. They rescheduled and picked up the SUV, dropping off a loaner, letting me have it for 2 d realized that they hadn't ordered the parts for my GL 450. It was spotless when they dropped it off at my house (using razor blades to clean the windows apparently to get the residue off) . I rec'd a gift of a MB key chain on top of it. Everytime I bring it in for service or to have a CPO item taken care of, they let me know if they see anything else that needs attention, even if it is another CPO item. This earns my trust and loyalty. We have never experienced this sort of attention to detail at any dealership before (Honda, Toyota, Ford or BMW) More
