I have visited over 6 dealerships in Ann Arbor, mostly premier brands from Germany, Japan, and US. Mercedes was ‘the only place’ that showed professionalism and attention. The service has always been superb. The service advisor Jason Collins is a case in point. When I drive in, he suddenly appears from his office and tackles the problem. He has always been able to identify the trouble quickly; and when he has more than one option that could be taken in the repair, he calls me at home. The work is always done on time. I could not be happier with the treatment I have experienced. There seems to be a lot of teamwork, and I anticipate that I will be able to praise other people at the dealership in the future. More
I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and I had researched pricing. I selected Jill from the list of salespeople based on nothing more than she looked competent and trustworthy. I contacted her by e-mail which included an introduction and a detailed description of what I wanted. She presented me with a great deal. No haggling or back and forth negotiation or pressure to buy more than I wanted. Following a couple of e-mails and phone calls and I bought the vehicle sight unseen. When I arrived to sign the paperwork, the vehicle was fully prepped and ready for me. Unfortunately, I could not take the vehicle at that time so Jill made arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. More
jason has been our service guy a couple of times now and really goes out of his way to make a good experience...the last time i met him he stuck his hand into my car headlight to change it and seemed like h really goes out of his way to make a good experience...the last time i met him he stuck his hand into my car headlight to change it and seemed like he would break his hand , but it did not matter as he wanted to make sure it got done....this time around he changed a new piece for my ipod adapter and MADE SURE IT WAS THE CORRECT ONE!!..hats off to jason collins... NOW, ON THE OTHER HAND!!! i was really disappointed by the cashier/phone answerer gal, whose name i have no idea..but when i asked if my car might be done she said:"I HAVE NO IDEA" she said i just work up here and its really busy..then quickly asked for my name so jason could call back...i think she could use better phone etiquette or maybe make the effort to find out!!...lousy quality service!...as well, the parts guy brought out the piece for my ipod adapter and simply gave it to me..after i asked how to use it, he said he didnt know but there were instructions..then he laughed as it was in german...then he walked away without even thinking of helping....jason , then took it and said it was the wrong part!!..walked back to get the right part and made sure it worked...THE POINT IS THE PARTS GUY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL WHAT I HAD.....my wife even commented that she felt the cashier and parts guy were really poor service..... I called. THey got me in. They were friendly and accommodating. THey answered all my questions. THey offered me information about deals that were available to save me money. Excellent experience, professional and friendly, felt no pressure during a test drive, and making financing arrangements. After driving my car for about two weeks, I heard a slight noise. I contacted my sales person and he worked with the service department to get my car in ASAP for a check. He is very friendly, he made sure my car received priority, he explained everything to me that was done to adjust and test the vehicle, and when he called to say that the car was ready, he had my paperwork in his hand and my car was ready to go the moment I drove up. My car is running great now and I am very satisfied. This is the second Mercedes I've leased from Mercedes of Ann Arbor and Jason as well as his service team have always given me and my car the best customer service possible. More
