I received excellent, professional and friendly service from the moment I pulled my car into the service bay for the turn in of my previous lease vehicle. My sales person was fully prepared for my arrival and had his material ready and then took me to the F&I manager who was also fully prepared for me. The entire process was very professional, frienly and efficient. Additionally, the dealership manager immediately introduced himself and also checked back toward the end of my visit to make sure that everything went smoothly. Next, my sales person took me out to my new vehicle and personnally explained all the features to me and helped me personalize the electronic settings.
