Awful Experience. Irresponsible sales staff. I wish I had never walked into this dealership. They don't know how to treat high end customers. I purchased my vehicle in June and yet to receive my registration never walked into this dealership. They don't know how to treat high end customers. I purchased my vehicle in June and yet to receive my registration plates. They keep sending my temp tags which expire in two weeks and my car stays in the garage. I am unable to drive the vehicle and they are not willing to take responsibility. I will not advise anyone to ever go through this experience at MB Ann Arbor. More

I purchased a certified S550 from Marcus whom advised me that because the vehicle was certified it had a completely new brakes. I had the vehicle for approx. two weeks and the brakes started squeaking. I've that because the vehicle was certified it had a completely new brakes. I had the vehicle for approx. two weeks and the brakes started squeaking. I've taken the vehicle back four times and after claiming front brake pads was replace the rear brakes continue to squeak. I've talk with management and I continue to get the run around, I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I've received. More

I would consider the service here top shelf! I am a owner of a service company in a different field but customer service is my business and I found theirs to be great. I was greeted and followed through the whole repair process by Lance who took care of everything and more than I expected. He went well past what I thought I was going to receive and I look forward to continuing service with a company who sets the bar at this level. It's good to see and keep up the good work. This was my first visit to Mercedes-Benz. I had planned to look at other dealerships and other types of vehicles but while having a casual look around the lot after hours I was surprised by some of the dea to look at other dealerships and other types of vehicles but while having a casual look around the lot after hours I was surprised by some of the deals on offer on some amazing cars. A few days later, after test driving other cars, I decided to have another look at Mercedes. Russ greeted us and I have to say that I was not looking forward to the "hard sell" which I often felt was typical at dealerships. I shouldn't have been concerned. Russ was not at all pushy and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He spent a long time with us and we took a couple of cars out for a test drive. Never did he try to push us towards anything; rather he provided a lot of information and answered our questions in a low-stress environment. We were in the dealership a long time and even when there were some hiccups with my paperwork, nothing was too much trouble for Russ. The atmosphere among all the employees and their customers was very relaxed and friendly; everyone we interacted with - even for a few moments (such as Frank and Robert) - was very friendly. The whole process was a breeze. I did not expect to be taking a car home that day but I am so glad that I did! I cannot be happier with my 2009 E350. And to see my car sitting there on the red carpet with a big red bow was a lovely finishing touch! Russ has encouraged us to call him with any questions down the line. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough; never did I think that buying a car would actually be so stress-free. If you need a car, this is the place to go. You won't find better customer service anywhere else. Mercedes now have a new loyal customer. More
