Very good experience from start to finish purchasing a used Acura. I had totaled my car, and needed to work quickly. I had to navigate working between the insurance company and the dealership, and Kurt used Acura. I had totaled my car, and needed to work quickly. I had to navigate working between the insurance company and the dealership, and Kurt made it easy to purchase the car fast to get back on the road. The car was nicely detailed and they represented its condition well. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the car had about a quarter of tank of gas in it when I drove off. Had such a complete "Mercedes service" experience up to that point, that it seemed odd to not have the car filled up before driving off. Overall, this is a a very good team - everyone I met was friendly, honest and very pleasant to deal with. More

Evan didn't hesitate to show us what we wanted to see and he didn't even ask if we had the means to purchase. We test drove one used and one new and ended up buying the new vehicle. He was very well informed about the vehicles and knew all the ins and outs. The purchasing process was easy breezy and all the staff that assisted us knew their jobs well.
