I was given an appointment to see a car. When I arrived, another person had also walked in without an appointment. I was told to wait. But, did not. Bad experience!!! More

This was one of my best car purchase/lease experiences (and I have been buying cars for40+ years). Lyndsay was charming, knowledgeable and convincing. The price was excellent (much better than those of co (and I have been buying cars for40+ years). Lyndsay was charming, knowledgeable and convincing. The price was excellent (much better than those of competing dealers) and the sales manager's willingness to make it happen efficiently was superb. Leonard (financing) was available and quite a pleasure with whom to work. The car was delivered to my garage and the paperwork completed in my home which saved me an 80 mile roundtrip drive! There was a distinct feeling of honesty throughout the process. I might also add that this dealership seems attuned to the times with a Costco agreement and a true dialoguing presence on the internet that others do not have. More

What a great experience.I went to this dealer with the thought of buying a BMW 3 series and maybe look at a Mercedes C300. Lyndsay Hopper was wonderful. She expained all of the features of both. No presur thought of buying a BMW 3 series and maybe look at a Mercedes C300. Lyndsay Hopper was wonderful. She expained all of the features of both. No presure just good information. My son had purchased a car from Mr. Morin and had such a great experience with Mr. Morin he was recommended to me. Once contacted by my other son with what we were looking for Kurt said he would be on the great experience with Mr. Morin he was recommended to me. A couple weeks later I was happy to find the dealership had just received a car that seemed to be what I was looking for. Once I arrived at the dealership with my sons and met our sales associate Kurt any questions I had were fully answered.
