My salesman (Nana Ntow) was knowledgeable and available to spend as much time as we wanted, but always low key and never created any feeling of pressure. He helped my wife and I decide what car to buy and to arrive at an acceptable price in a very positive manner. Someone that advertise online needs to understand that possible customer don't want to spend all day driving to their dealership without a ball park trade in price. We had been in the market for a Porsche Panamera 4 and they had a used one that meet everything we were looking for. We had 2 cars that we could have traded towards it. One was a summer only car and the other was my wife SUV. We were looking at Panamera for the replacement for either. They advertise "True Price" and we understand that but Issue with that is you still have to haggle with trade in value. More
