He was very patient with me, and listened to what I was looking for. Nana is very personable which made working with him very fun and stress free. This was my first car leasing experience that was not frustrating. Dealing with car salesmen is not always pleasant because they are so pushy and are only concerned about making a sale. However this is not Nana's approach he is professional and does not make you feel like he doesn't have time for you. He really worked with me and I found that very admirable. Overall Nana is terrific at what he does. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. More

Ismail was an excellent example of customer service from the perspective of being informative, attentive, professional, and courteous. Knowing that we were very interested in being part of prestigious brand, Ismail became that advocate/sponsor, which we all need at some point in our lives to make things happen. I know the ownership of this agency has changed since then, but in buying a new 2014 ML350 I had the same positive experience. The Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The pricing was within the exact range that I expected for both the MSRP discount and trade-in value of my 2008. I had done my homework prior to coming to the dealer and pretty much knew in advance what range I was considering would be a fair price. Coming to agreement quickly with the salesman confirmed my respect in that they didn't try to haggle with me. Since some features had changed since 2008 the salesman was able to point these out to me and quickly sent me some Mercedes instruction videos that made setting up Garage door sync, Bluetooth sync and iPod integration a snap. I would recommend this dealer and specifically Mr. Karabulut to anyone interested in a Mercedes-Benz. More
pleasurable buying experience at MB of Ann Arbor I just purchased a new 2015 E250 Bluetec. I'm very pleased so far! I previously leased a C300, and Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor provided me with I just purchased a new 2015 E250 Bluetec. I'm very pleased so far! I previously leased a C300, and Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor provided me with great customer service. In fact, I almost looked forward to my car service, as it gave me a chance to get away from the office and work uninterrupted at their dealership with free coffee and cookies. But alas, the service was always done quickly and I didn't get a chance to stay very long. I got a flat tire last year. The Mercedes emergency service amazingly came within five minutes after I called for help. The dealer quickly replaced the rim, no questions asked -- glad I bought the tire and rim replacement package. I found the driving experience of the Mercedes C300 better than my previous car, an Audi A4. Based on the engine location, the A4 has a lot of forward momentum which makes it less stable on fast curves. Also, the A4 developed some rattles, but the C300 never did, despite my frequent driving on dirt roads. Finally, I got into an accident with the C300 (someone ran a red light and hit my car's rear end hard as I was leaving an intersection), but the C300 sailed through with only minor damage and was good as new. Compared to the Audi A4, the C300 seems more stable and resilient. Based in part on my experience with the C300, I ultimately decided to buy a new Mercedes for my next purchase. I worked with Nick F, and he was great. I started looking at cars many months before the purchase, including the Cadillac CTS, Audi A4, Audi A6 and BMW 5 series. Each car has their strengths but I thought the E250 fit me best. Someone called the car "eco-chic!" Despite the long process, Nick stayed with me, always cheerful and positive but never pressuring me to make a decision. He promptly answered my phone calls and E mails with detailed and patient answers. I just took ownership of the new car yesterday and it looks even better than I anticipated. Nick oriented me to the new car and answered my additional questions by E mail this morning. In summary, in contrast to some other dealerships, I truly enjoyed working with Nick and the rest of the MB of Ann Arbor team. Going there makes me feel happy and satisfied -- that is what a luxury car is all about. More
Great from start to finish! I purchased my Mercedes vehicle back in July, but, after recently contacting Evan, I quickly remembered that I owed him a review. My quest for a ne I purchased my Mercedes vehicle back in July, but, after recently contacting Evan, I quickly remembered that I owed him a review. My quest for a new (and my first) MB started at the Novi dealership. They didn't have what I wanted, so I checked out MB of Ann Arbor and fell in love with a vehicle they had in stock. I spoke with Evan and he gave me a lowdown on the vehicle and access to the vehicle for a hands-on experience. After spending about 10-15 minutes with the vehicle, I told him that I would get back to him if I wanted to purchase. Fast forward to the next day, I decided that I wanted it, so I worked with Evan again to secure the deal. It took about a week to finish the process, due to me being out of town on a business trip, the dealership changing owners (to Suburban), and personal items to handle. He was very courteous and patient with me from start to finish. The little things, like offering me a bottle of water, made a big impact. I had a bunch of questions for him, and he was able to either answer them, or, if the question required additional research, he would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. There was also an episode where I accidentally ran over some debris and one of my tires was punctured by a nail (fortunately, the car was still driveable and the leak was very slow). I purchased the Tire/Wheel warranty from the dealership and, as soon as I got home, I attempted to call the hotline. While I tried to submit a claim via the hotline, they were closed after 6PM. It was also a Friday, so I would not be able to get a hold of them to submit a claim until Monday. I called Evan up, and he explained to me that, if I could get my car to the dealership, the dealership would be able to accommodate me first thing in the morning on Saturday. I was elated, and made sure that my punctured tire was able to make the trip. With some air and some prayers, I made it in and got serviced almost immediately. I worked with the service manager and he took care of me, mentioning that the dealership can submit a claim on my behalf on Monday. I also met up with Evan, who came to the dealership per my request, to make sure that I was OK. I still contact Evan from time to time about questions and requests. He's very dependable and I will always go to him first for anything related to my vehicle. I am sure there are other great reps in the dealership, but I am glad to have worked with him. More
