Nana is a young, well cultured gentleman, who patiently explained all options to me and tried very hard to give me the best offer possible. He answered all my questions intelligently and gave me several followup calls even after delivery to make sure everything was fine. The other guys that interacted with me briefly, including Lou the financial guy and Dwayne in the servive department were also very friendly and accomodating during the entire visit.
