He encouraged me to ask all the questions I wanted and he would be glad to take all the time necessary on any option I wanted more information about. I didn't feel pushed out of the dealership after my purchase and Nick has continued to offer after-sale service to insure my out of state titling/registration went smooth. Additionally, I wanted to say and extra 'thank you' to the gentleman at Aftermarket parts desk for running the late day sale for my all-weather mats so I didn't need to return to the dealership later. Hands down the best purchasing experience Nick Feroce!! I normally find purchasing/ or leasing a vehicle an exhausting and stressful chore. The sales team at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor changed my entire out I normally find purchasing/ or leasing a vehicle an exhausting and stressful chore. The sales team at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor changed my entire outlook. Nick Feroce was extremely helpful, as well as professional. He was efficient in answering all my questions- I had A LOT (he even remembered I work 3rd shift and contacted me at my convenience). Lou Kish in financing was also a pleasure; he walked me through the contract in a timely manner and made me feel at ease as I made my large purchase. Last but not least, Elio Coventry did an amazing job handling my deal to ensure I received a great price! I love my new vehicle and haven't had an ounce of buyers remorse. Best In Class Sales & Service Team I recently returned to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor when my previous lease expired. I chose to stay with this dealership due to my excellent experiences with Mark Tomasi in their service department and the quality and build of the Mercedes C300 4matic. The General Manager, Nick Berinti, introduced me to Nana Ntow to review the options available and details on leasing another C300. Nana was extremely professional in his demeanor, follow-up communications, and a credit to the Mercedes brand. Lou Kish was very quite thorough in finalizing the lease details and answering any questions that I had.
