He worked hard to get us the best deal possible (we came in with all my homework done ahead of time on the car and he was able to hit my target). He made our delivery day a special one (even arranged to have my wife dropped off at a meeting while I stayed to enjoy Evan's detailed overview of the car). His followup was outstanding, as well. Elio checked in with us routinely to make sure we were happy (we always were) and Lou made the paperwork painless (also, he never tried to pressure us into buying "extras" on the day of purchase). We have purchased cars from other top-tier brands but have never before experienced this type of low-pressure, individualized attention. We'll be back. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Elio Coventry who was very genuine and showed how he cares for his local clients. It took two visits which allowed me the chance to work with Nick Feroce the second time around while Mr. Ismail was busy. The process from beginning to end proved to be flawless and made the car buying experience easy. I know this amazing service is not close to over after I was introduced to the service drive by Mr. Ismail. Dan, Mark,Shawn, Matt, and Beth are all wonderful and customer service oriented. The sales staff and personnel at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor exceeded our luxury vehicle buying experience and was by far the stellar experience in the extended metro Detroit area. The sales personnel went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable, like family, throughout our new car buying experience.
