Exceptional Purchase Experience. I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz 2016 AMG GT-S. I shopped around at the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Novi, as well as the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Bloomfield Hills. However, when I contacted Ismail Karabulut, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a $150,000 vehicle is a big decision, but Ismail helped me in every step of the way. He was extremely professional, thorough, detailed, and responsive. Never once did I feel pushed to make the decision one way or the other. A true car salesman's appears to be a myth, but Ismail proved that to be wrong. He is actually the best in the automotive business, and whenever I have to purchase my next Mercedes-Benz, he will definitely be the sales person that I will be looking for. Service Center Matt in the service center provided terrific service when I took my vehicle in for servicing. When I returned to pick up my vehicle everything was silky smooth and just as good. Vehicle repairs were complete and again on the road in 5 minutes. More

Finding an electrical problem that had stumped others for tw I brought my car to you because the company that installed a new aftermarket navigation/XM Radio/Am FM Radio/ Bluetooth/ could not figure out why ther I brought my car to you because the company that installed a new aftermarket navigation/XM Radio/Am FM Radio/ Bluetooth/ could not figure out why there was an electrical draw that made the battery run down and things like the clock had top be reset each day.
