He informed me that he lost a number of sales because individuals wanted to go home and think it over and the next few days the car was gone. I would have been very upset if I walked out there that Friday and came back Saturday and it was gone! When I came back that Saturday to turn in my spare key on the trade in, another salesman walked out and informed me that he had an appointment to show the vehicle that day. More
