She explained everything thoroughly and gave me the best possible deal on the loan (which is more than I can say for the Mercedes Benz in Tysons) She is very honest and thoughtful and works the best rates for your needs. She will not rush you to get you out. When you dont understand something, she will explain it until the sun comes down, and you finally do understand everything. I bought an SLK from Bryan, and he honestly knows every little detail about this car. He follows up dependably even to this day (almost a month after I bought the car). He will answer everything with even more detail than you asked for. He was a blast to work with (a swing dancer of 10 years.. he is genuine, funny and a great sense of humor). I did quite a bit of research on Edmunds and other similar sites + talked to people in the industry and he did get me a better deal than I could have wished for. also very patient and open to all of my requests. He goes out of his way to get you what you need. Both Bryan and Debbie know their stuff inside and out. You wont feel like a number with whom they can make the most money off of. with these two, you feel appreciated and respected as a person. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a car. You dont need to worry about them trying to bamboozle you, as a matter of fat its quite the opposite. They are top notch! More
These guys go to great length to please you. Very friendly, courteous and eager to answer questions. Price negotiation is not stressful. I recommend these people very highly. Sevice is also very good but as with all Mercedes products, the service is expensive and not yet competitive with some others like BMW that cut dowm on maintanence cost. Professional, friendly and attentive, Carlo made sure the entire car buying experience was manageable & easy. I bought a 2007 ML 320 CDI in May 2010 with a Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. Within a week, the fuel pump went out. I brought the car back and wanted my money back or a different, equal car; MB is suppose Pre-Owned Warranty. Within a week, the fuel pump went out. I brought the car back and wanted my money back or a different, equal car; MB is supposed to have a 7 day return policy. Instead they tried to strong arm me into taking an inferior vehicle for my needs for MORE money. I wasn't buying that, but made them fix the car. When I took the car in for its first service, they told me it would cost $300 TO FIND OUT WHAT IT NEEDED--plus the service cost. Thankfully I was referred to a great MB mechanic who had to do an extensive service (finding out things like the air filters had never been changed), but charged me less than the plug-in fee. Today, I took it back to fix manufacturer defects in the trim while its under warranty(bubbling/cracking) and was told I would have an $1800 bill (for warranty work?!). NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE! More

My husband and I talked with several dealerships while deciding on what 2011 Mercedes model and options we wanted. Though other dealerships were good, Kathy was great to work with and very responsive to our many questions. She really listened, then showed an incredible ability to work with us – to get the right car at the best price. Each time that I called with questions about options and pricing, Kathy was easy to reach. If she was with a client, she was quick to return my call – and even phoned me back on her day off! It isn’t often that you walk into a car dealership on a Sunday afternoon to be greeted by truly friendly staff that aren’t pressuring you to buy a car. It was such a great experience this past Sunday for Sunday afternoon to be greeted by truly friendly staff that aren’t pressuring you to buy a car. It was such a great experience this past Sunday for Lance and me, from the moment we walked up to the building to the moment we drove off the lot. The visit and interaction were outstanding. The experience was particularly gratifying for me, because Lance had not driven a car for 20 years and this was his first car purchase/lease. I’m sure he’s read or heard stories about nightmares at dealerships which added to his apprehension, but when he walked away Sunday he could not have been more pleased and extremely excited. He was like a kid in a candy shop for the first time. Kathy and Deborah, you really helped him through this transaction with your kindness, sincerity and truly positive spirit. The professionalism you afforded him throughout the process is commendable. I think you both went above and beyond the call of duty spending whatever time was necessary to ensure he clearly understood the transaction and working with him to find a manageable final number. He’s beaming about this purchase (lease). Lowell, this of course could not have happened without your help in crunching the numbers and making the sale happen. I’ve been driving for 25 years and have been through my share of dealership relationships, both positive and negative. I’m sure it’s an expectation to receive nothing but the best from a Mercedes-Benz dealership, but I have always viewed the relationship as being between the individual franchise company, its staff and me, not necessarily the brand. This is going to be a great experience for Lance (and me), and we look forward to a long-term relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and what seemed to be its “family” of staff.
