I bought a new car from Mr. Genao in June 2011 (my second from this dealership). He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and available--a great representative of this dealership. I have driven a Mercedes since 2005 and have only needed required maintenance, so I don't have a lot of experience with service--vehicles are very reliable. From visits I have made to service, personnal were organized, professional, and courteous. And for this exemplary service I am very grateful. It shows that the concern is not the money but the welfare of the people that drive the cars. I have never in my time driving different brands of vehicles have I ran across a dealership that showed this much concern.
