This was my fourth Mercedes from this dealership and my best experience yet. Carlo Genao couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with, and he made a real effort to show me all the options that sui best experience yet. This was a low stress, low pressure experience that was all about fitting me as the customer to the best vehicle and price, and letting me buy the vehicle. I dislike being subjected to shallow, transparent sales pitches designed to pressure me into buying something someone else wants me to buy. Carlo's approach was to let me do the buying while ha acted as the facilitator, and that i really appreciated. It may take a bit longer but I'm a much happier customer! More

My sales rep Carlo Genao has been great during my first lease term with Mercedes. He contacted me every other month for two and a half years to ask if things were going well with me and my C300. When I was lease term with Mercedes. He contacted me every other month for two and a half years to ask if things were going well with me and my C300. When I was eligible to exchange my car, he contacted me to remind me. I ended up getting a E350 and I'm really happy with it. I was also happy with the service department. I dropped my car there twice during the term of my lease and they were fantastic. I was able to get a loaner once at last minute on a Saturday after the car rental employee had already left for the day. Management at this dealer is also really good. Lowell Ducket is a great GM and he was able to negotiate a price with me that best met my financial demands. He and Carlo worked with me till I was comfortable with my new deal. More

I've been working with Carlo for over 4 years now. He was the reason why I purchased a Mercedes in the first place instead of a BMW (the sales associate was such an a**hole!) or a Jaguar. He is also helped us in the decision to get an SUV instead of a sedan. His passion, his knowledge, his clear admiration, and his respect for the fine machine was infectious. He taught us so much about the car and how it's many features could make our life so much easier. Unfortunately, he wasn't working at MB of Alexandria at that time and since the dealer that he was working at did not provide us with the USAA discount, we had to find another dealer. That's how we ended up at MB of Alexandria. One month after we bought our precious ML 350, I ran into Carlo in the showroom. Boy! Was I upset that I did not know that he transferred to MB of Alexandria just a week earlier because my husband and I so wanted to buy our car from him. No worries though because we would see him frequently during our service visits at the dealership. He was always happy to see us, was always personable, and made us feel like old friends. Well, just 3 days ago, my husband and I were finally able to do what we wanted to do exactly 3 years earlier, buy a car from Carlo. First, he helped us decide on whether to purchase an extended warranty for our current ML or to get a new ML, he then helped us decide whether to get a new 2012 or to wait an order the 2013, and then he was able to locate a 2012 in the process of being finished with the options that we wanted and more (gotta say, husband's right. That pano roof is something I love best about the car). The car arrived sooner than we expected and so starts the financing stage. Carlo was able to pull in discounts for us and get us a REALLY awesome deal. He was even able to work with his Sales Manager, Lowell, to get us an even better deal. He took care of us all the way through and even though the purchase of the car is complete, Carlo still treats my emails and texts like we are VIPs. Love that guy! More
This is what a new car buying experience should be like. People should take note of Ron Rodriquez - because they could learn how to sell cars. The subsequent weeks after the auto show, he would follow up with me - but never in a way that forced me to come into the dealership. He made it seem as if he was there to help me make an informed decision about buying a car in general, not just a MB. So, once Saturday went in to look and next thing you know, I was driving off the lot with a new C-Class -- and I have not looked back since. Another great thing about Ron is, that he has continued to follow up with me and make sure everything is going well with the car. I am telling all of my friends that are in the market for me MB, to buy their car from Ron. More
