I visited Mercedes Benz of Alexandria to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes Benz GL 450 SUV. Sales Associate Michael Prati and the management staff at the dealership were very accommodating. Even though we arrived just a few minutes before closing and in a driving rainstorm, Michael brought the vehicle down for use to look over. He accompanied us on a test drive and even opened up their closed service center so that we could inspect the vehicle in a dry location. We left the dealership that evening, over an hour after their closing time, without completing a deal on the GL but returned the following morning to drive the SUV again. Given the improved weather conditions, Michael led us on an extensive test drive and explained the features/systems of the GL. Sales Manager Camron Hamedi and Finance Director Dave Hanbury were also very helpful in getting the deal done. It was a low pressure environment and Mr. Hanbury had my wife and I out of the finance office very quickly. I am fairly new to Mercedes Benz ownership, but Mercedes Benz of Alexandria will be my first stop for my future vehicle needs. Thanks guys! More

My family has been shopping for cars for the past several weeks. We happened to drive by your dealership last Saturday (6/8/13), stopped in and met Michael Prati. We drove two cars, C300 and GLK 350. She arranged for all of our financing and the purchase of additional warranty coverage and pre-paid service. Both Michael and Debbie are outstanding representatives of your dealership. They were always very courteous, respectful, and sensitive to our questions. Michael certainly made the decision to buy our car easy. By his demonstration of the superior qualities of the Mercedes brand, made it very easy to choose the GLK over all of the other cars we were considering. My wife had to come by and sign all of the documents this morning, and Debbie was very accommodating to my wife's schedule (she was driving to NC today to pick up one of her sisters from the hospital). After deciding to buy the car, I worked with Debbie Hannon to arrange financing. She is an efficient and effective finance officer. She helped me determine the best financing options and was very patient. She did not try to up-sell me on her financing or warranty packages. She was a pleasure to work with and another genuinely kind and helpful person. We had some subsequent conversations after the initial purchase and she was always called me back and was pleasant to work with.
