My second purchase from MBofA - I would be remiss to not herald the superior liaise with Debbie Hannon ( a finance genius) whose quick wit and keen abilities are second to none! Mr. Petronio is to be commended too for the above and beyond commitment to Mercedes Benz quality - knowing the art and science of every vehicle in the MB lineup.... Both Debbie and Mr. Petronio exude all that is good about the Mercedes Benz product and leave no stone unturned in pursuit of perfection. For that, I am grateful and will continue to be loyal to the MB brand and the MBofAlexandria family! One can look, but will not find, a more seasoned cadre of sales and service professionals! More
I have been going to Benz of Alexandria for over 6 years. Overall the service has been good but my last experience has been less than pleasant. I took my car in because the engine light was on and Benz replaced the thermostat. I picked up the car the next day and when I got home I noticed that my car custom grille was broken. I called Steve Ong and I was told to bring the car back so they could take a look at it and review the pictures they took when I dropped the car off. The pictures did not reveal any damage to the grille and I couldn’t believe that Benz wouldn’t see that a piece of the grille was missing. Steve had to notify the service manager and not only JOHN PETRONIO did not express any sympathy but he asked me if I had previously repaired and glued the grille together on the left side. First, I wouldn’t glue a grille on a Benz and secondly the piece missing was on the right side. He categorically dismissed any wrong doing from his mechanics and told me that it could have happened in the carwash? The last person to wash the car was a Benz’s employee! John finally agreed to replace the grille and asked me if I could purchase the part with my credit card!? Since it was an aftermarket part I had to spend hours on the internet and make numerous phone calls to Benz but John never asked nor does he believe that I should get some type of compensation for my inconvenience. It does not stop there! They purchased a new custom grille and painted it but when I picked up the car I noticed some unpainted areas. John initial response was to use touch up paint! I can’t believe that a premium car dealership would handle business in such a poor manner. I called DEAN HARNEY (service director) twice and never got a call back. It makes me wonder if Benz of Alexandria is providing service to their customers based on their financial and/or ethnic profile. More
Steven was very helpful while explaning the details involving the repair of my vehicle. He assisted me into a rental right away. I purchased my ML350 from this dealership over three years ago and I have been extremely satisfied with every visit to their service center. My Service Advisor, Rick Savanh greeted me upon arrival for years ago and I have been extremely satisfied with every visit to their service center. My Service Advisor, Rick Savanh greeted me upon arrival for my first visit and has consistently done the same throughout the past three years. He’s professional, courteous, thorough, and very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz products. All of my service visits have been great. I’m always provided with a loaner vehicle, and always kept abreast of the status of my vehicle. Once the service has been completed, Rick always calls me with the service details. My vehicle is always returned to me with a fresh wash, and most importantly, serviced correctly. I plan to purchase my future Mercedes Benz from this dealership and would highly recommend this dealership for all of your Mercedes Benz needs. More

The overall service experience was great, very professional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by my service adviser, Rick and we quickly reviewed the service to be preformed.
