However the last time I traded my car in I went with a new guy named Shawn because my guy no longer worked there. Shawn never followed through with his promises. He misled us with the price and down payment. When we met with the finance person we were told that we needed to put down more money then originally stated. Once he made the deal I never heard from him again except when he called to tell me to leave a review. He was more concerned with me leaving a review than making sure I received everything I needed. I will not go through him again when I decide to trade my car in. More

On one occasion, Jack volunteered to drive to the body shop and check on the status of work being done on my wife's vehicle! The truth is that I consider Kathy and Jack to be friends with whom I conduct business. They know my time is limited, and they know I have expectations that often are non-negotiable; I appreciate that they respect both. More

I had many luxury vehicles in the past from Lexus to BMW, but owning my first MB, I am excited to say that #Alexandria MB service center wowed me every time!!!! I would never take a time to write reviews about someone but Jack Lindeman is the definition of excellent customer service. I was able to communicate better, faster, and more efficient. He takes care of my vehicle every time I am in and he treats customers like family. I am great-full for this center and for Jack Lindeman for his excellent client service.
