M-B of Alexandria Supports Their Customers I was a long time Lexus and BMW owner and last year, I bought a 2016 GLC from M-B of Alexandria. The buying experience was first rate. Unfortuna I was a long time Lexus and BMW owner and last year, I bought a 2016 GLC from M-B of Alexandria. The buying experience was first rate. Unfortunately, my edition of the 2016 GLC suffers from a very annoying squealing brake problem which M-B Corp finally acknowledged and have finally engineered a fix. Unfortunately, M-B Corp is having difficulty in getting the repair parts to its dealers. I am still awaiting repairs to the front brakes. This is not a fault of M-B of Alexandria and they are as frustrated as I am. Through all my upset with this problem, I want to specifically recognize the great customer concern and service that Patrick Mederos (Service Advisor) , Jesse Bragg (Service Manager) and Arthur Lauw (Sales Manager) have provided and I would recommend them all without question. More
Excellent Service! I only take my vehicle in about once a year for service, but that is only due to not putting very many miles on it. My wife's ML 350 BTC comes in a l I only take my vehicle in about once a year for service, but that is only due to not putting very many miles on it. My wife's ML 350 BTC comes in a little more often, but only due to the fact that we put a lot of miles on her car, and every time we drop it off (appoint or not) Chris and David are always all smiles and very accommodating to work with. We are always kept up to date on the status or unforeseen issues with the vehicle, and they always take care of with a great loaner to get home in. Thanks for all of the great service Chris and David. More

He was very accommodating and listened to our needs, taking the time to find exactly what we were looking for. He answered all our questions, ensuring that our concerns were met. He also was knowledgeable about competitor products, giving us a good perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of the Mercedes vehicle compared to like vehicles from BMW and Jaguar. He did not push, and let us take our time in determining what was best for our needs. Highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes. More
