After calling and speaking with him I was very impressed with him and was able to get the Mercedes-Benz truck that I had been looking for over a month, He is an out standing sale person and meet all my need. I have already recommend him to another friend of mind that are looking for a Mercedes- Benz and will continue to recommend him. I do plan on return to see Al for my next purchase. More

Customer Service Training Needed Badly! I hope this review truly opens the eyes of leadership within the MB family of dealers. My experience with MB of Alexandria, VA was sub-par and offensi I hope this review truly opens the eyes of leadership within the MB family of dealers. My experience with MB of Alexandria, VA was sub-par and offensive. It's a Monday morning and I arrive to pick up my 2014 AMG from the Service dept. As I wait I browsed around the car lot looking at vehicles peering through the windows and kicking the tires for about 30 minutes before any I was given a Good Morning greeting. A salesman (Alvin D.) who eventually spotted me turned out to be great however the management team above him was aloof. I expressed my interest to trade for a newer vehicle and as usual after some small talk and understanding my need Alvin proceeded to assist me and we found the car vehicle I wanted. Alvin had my car apprised or looked at, "Jimmie the Sales Mgr" was the one to drive the AMG and give an assessment. Upon completion never once did Jimmie or any of his peers said Hello, Good Morning, Nice Car or any type of acknowledgement. Please note I'm the only customer buying a car in the entire store at this time. I felt as though because I didn't fit the normal description of a AMG owner I was looked down upon and not given the same professional courtesy as I would if I were of a different nationality or wore a business suit. It's a shame to see that some managers see customers solely based on how they perceive them and not as a customer that's here to help their bottom line and deserving of great service. I advise Mercedes Benz of North America to truly institute an across the board extensive customer training program or if one exists make it a priority that refresher courses are mandated every six months by all employees especially midlevel and senior store managers. Most executives like me would have left and taken their business elsewhere however SIMPLY because Alvin D. was so good at his profession I agreed to work with him and purchased a new 2017. "Always keep in mind the old retail adage: Customers remember the service a lot longer than they remember the price" More

The service support they provide from drop off to pickup is amazing. Their easy drop of process is amazing...drive into garage, you are greeted...give your name and your service rep is there to take care of you. They do a thorough job and return you. Spotless washed car everytime. I brought my car in for normal annual maintenance Dawit ("David") Getachew my current service Rep greeted me, offered rental, reviewed car history and corrected two recall items in addition to my annual maintenance. He was thorough, friendly and ensured I was taken care of. I will continue to use him for my Mercedes maintenance needs. He and the rest of the Alexandria Mercedes team are great! More
