My most recent stop was my 2014 ME350 which had an annual service and safety inspection in Dec 2016, but the environmental was not due until April. So this was a minor service job but George Boatwright gave me an estimated time for completion and kept me informed on the progress. This was a minor service but I was treated just as if it were an all day job like the ball joint replacements on all four wheels I had done previously on the ML350 that was purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria in 2003. I will continue being a Mercedes customer and obtaining service in Alexandria. More
