Our first service rep was Horst Von Schilling, then Chris Browne, and now Cesar Cardona. Cesar is our current rep., who is thorough, stays in touch, attentive to us and the cars in service, and we always leave with the feeling we have received great, honestly good service. Compliments to management for such well-trained staff, a luxurious waiting area (increasingly rare also), and adequate and competent staff in parts and cashier and loaner service. My wife and I are real people, retired from banking and teaching and now working for a government agency. We have driven Mercedes since 1987. Having lived in Dallas, Birmingham, and the DC area, MB Alexandria is the best dealer and service we have experienced. More
