He is very courteous and will come out within minutes of dropping off my car explaining in full detail what is necessary to correct any maintenance issues I may be experiencing. if I have to leave my vehicle for a day or so, he automatically sets me up with a loaner and I am in and out of Mercedes in no time. Once there were a few items that needed to be repaired, which in most cases may have taken more than a day, however David and his team were able to repair everything the exact same day. One of the team members even stayed past his duty time to finish up. Very pleased with the Service Department. When I picked up my vehicle, it is like brand new, washed and detailed inside; out, and I never had to take it back for the same repair issue. Excellent customer service.
