I was having an issue with my car that would not duplicate when I brought it in for servicing. When the problem occurred once more, I immediately followed David Getachew's advice and drove to the service center while the problem was still active. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I pulled into the bay and within 5 minutes, David was there to assist me, arranged for a rental, and I was on my way to work within 20 minutes of my arrival. David kept me informed of the progress through text and voice. David was honest and committed to the end. Oh yeah, the problem with my car has been resolved. Thanks David, you're the best! More

Gear Shift Box Gone Bad I took my 2005 Mercedes-Benz E30 to a European Auto Repair mechanic who could not fix the gear shift box because he didn't have the equipment to repro I took my 2005 Mercedes-Benz E30 to a European Auto Repair mechanic who could not fix the gear shift box because he didn't have the equipment to reprogram it. I then drove it to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria without having a prior appointment because the car would not go pass 20mph. The Service Technician, George Boatwright helped me right away. He had excellent customer service, reviewed my prior service records and was even able to get me into a loaner car. He texted me the next day and within a few days, my car was repaired.
