Recognition of exceptional Service This was my first time visiting Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and really did not know what to expect. My previous experiences had been with Mercedes-Ben This was my first time visiting Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and really did not know what to expect. My previous experiences had been with Mercedes-Benz of Tysons and Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. Both provided quality service for my S550 but since I retired, Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is much closer for me and I decided to give them a try...and wow, I'm glad I did. I received OUTSTANDING service on my vehicle and the wait was short. The entire "Mercedes Team" was professional, courteous and extremely customer friendly. I felt right at home and will ensure that all future requirements regarding my Mercedes will be performed at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I want to recognize my Service Advisor, Patrick Mederos for his understanding, knowledge, and excellent support. I also want to thank the young intern (a black female) whose name I don't recall, but who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and to ensure me that my vehicle would receive the very best care. Also not sure of the name of the gentleman that repaired my wheel. I think his name is Max. Shout out to him, he did a great job...wheel look better that it did new.
