Even "Walk Ins" Get Great Service With a sensor saying we had escaping air from one of the tires, we made a "walk in" appointment in the late afternoon. The problem was not as minor as all of us (David Getachew and my wife and I) suspected; we needed a new tire sensor module rather than just a twik of the engine computer or a search for a tire puncture. The issue was explained to us and the options given, i.e. continuing waiting or get a loaner car for later in the early evening or return next morning. We selected the former. In the early evening, car repaired, car washed, and car's consumable fluids replenished. Great service made convenient for us. Thanks. More
