Very Good Experience Just bought a 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes of Alexandria. Everyone there was very helpful and considerate, which allowed me to find the car I was looking for without any complications or wasted time and effort. The salesperson I worked with -- Natalie Lucas -- was terrific throughout the process -- and has been very helpful with a few post-purchase questions I've had. Jerry Chao and Debbie Hannon also were very helpful.in connection with the purchase. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Mercedes. I also would note that I previously had another Mercedes SUV, and the service staff has been very good to deal with. David Getachew in particular has been terrific to deal with in service, and is no small part of why I came back to Mercedes of Alexandria when I was looking to buy a new SUV. . More

I plan to continue only having my car serviced there, because my representative, George Boatwright, has excellent customer service skills and doesn't quit until you're completely satisfied. In addition, it's easy to get prompt appointments, and it's also been possible to get immediate attention, without appointments, for minor adjustments or lamp replacements. The waiting area is very nice. The staff throughout the dealership are friendly, courteous and eager to assist and have done additional service checks with no charge. More

In full disclosure, we purchased our car through diplomatic and military sales while stationed in Germany, and we picked our car up from the factory. We highly recommend MB's factory pickup program! There are several MB dealerships closer to us, but we travel the extra miles because we trust Jack Lindeman to deliver. Jack has come to know what we expect, so he is now the only service representative that we use. Thanks Jack! We've interacted with several other employees, including some of the service technicians, and we've found everyone to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
