My wife and me learned of them through searching the net for a Merc C300 we were looking for and they happ This was our first experience with Natalie. My wife and me learned of them through searching the net for a Merc C300 we were looking for and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for us. We were very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. We live about 3 hours away. We phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle we were interested in was still there, and I spoke with Sharon , who informed that it in fact was still available and Natalie helped us with the papre work. Once all the documentation was done Natile informed us that the car is up front and ready when we get to Alexandria ." I can't say enough about Natalie as just a sales contact. She was brilliant at her work. No slick sales tricks, no pressure. Just great, accomodating service. We were interested in, for a price that was comfortable with us. No hassles. Unbelievable!
