Great Purchase Experience I purchased a ML350 four years ago and had a wonderful experience with the purchase. Since then I have had the vehicle serviced at this dealership an I purchased a ML350 four years ago and had a wonderful experience with the purchase. Since then I have had the vehicle serviced at this dealership and Jack Lindeman was great to work with. Knowledgeable, caring, and followed up. Because of this, I returned to the same dealership and once again dealt with Al Daniels. He is ex-military, knows the car and options, and is very honest and straightforward. He is just comfortable to work with. I had built the car on the Mercedes-Benz website and had many questions about the various options. Mr. Daniels knew all the details and once I understood all the possibilities, and decided to go ahead with the purchase, he went online and found the car. It was the only one on the East coast. He had the car the next day. I set up the payment arrangements with Andre Pilajevs and he explained the dealer options. No pressure, just the facts. I asked to compare their interest rate with USAA and he pulled up their web site and showed me that the dealership beat the USAA rate. That completed the deal. When I picked up the car, Al Daniels had all the options in place (wheel locks, extra chrome trim) and everything was perfect. Best purchase experience ever and I love the vehicle. I highly recommend Al Daniels for sales, Jack Lindeman for service, and Andre Pilajevs for the paperwork. Thank you all. More
