Our service advisor, Cesar Cardona, is very knowledgeable and friendly and always accessible, making our infrequent visits pleasant ones. My wife's 2012 C300 and my S550 have been great cars, and we get excellent care when routine servicing is needed. Sometimes when waiting for a complimentary car wash I wander through the showroom to "see the future" and see Shawn Moore or Jerry Chao, who have kept us informed and special offerings and provide updates on what's new. It is just a great dealership. More
