Isa Lawrence "Best Customer Service Ever"!!! Mr. Lawrence made my first time purchasing a Mercedes a excellent experience. I always feel like sales people try and get over on women, but NO Isa di Mr. Lawrence made my first time purchasing a Mercedes a excellent experience. I always feel like sales people try and get over on women, but NO Isa did not make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale, I actually felt like he had my best interest in hand. He was very patient due to the fact that I kept going back and forth on the model that I wanted. It was very late when we finished the paperwork but Mr. Lawrence still took me out to the car and programed my Iphone and proceeded to show me all the features in the vehicle and how they worked. Isa wasn't pushy or rushing me through the process, He was genuinely concerned about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I have already recommended my friend to Mr Lawrence letting her know she cheated because I did all her homework for her by using Isa to purchase her first Mercedes as well. Thanks for all your help. Al Daniels goes above and beyond !! My family has purchased over 8 cars from Al Daniels. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond his job description. Tonight, I was My family has purchased over 8 cars from Al Daniels. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond his job description. Tonight, I was out and about with my son and I had a flat tire. I called Al to see if there was anyway someone from the service department could come and pick up my car since I didn't have a donut. Although out with his family, Al ubered over to my house and picked up the car himself so that it would be in the service department first thing in the morning. As a single mom, i really appreciated this level of service, as I didn't feel safe driving the car to the dealership with my son. Thank you sooo much Al and Mercedes Benz of Alexandria! More

New Vehicle Maintenance and Warranty Service I've purchased two Mercedes from M-B of Alexandria within the past 3 years. Mr.David G always not only takes great care It's been two years since we got our GLC and what I can say is MB Alexandria service is beyond excellent! Mr.David G always not only takes great care our our car but also our minds. He explains the process/detail thoroughly everytime we take our car to service. Last year, we had to fix roof leaking problem. He called us almost everyday for over a month to keep us posted on what has been going on with our car.
