We contacted him by phone from NC as we were interested in a certified pre-owned vehicle that was a specific color. Michael provided us with everything we asked for and even did a face time call with us so we could see the vehicle in more detail. Based on his extreme professionalism and attention to detail, we made the decision to purchase the vehicle sight unseen! We traveled from NC to Alexandria by train and Michael was as the train station with a big smile on his face to greet us. I really felt like I had known him for years. At the dealership we were warmly greeted by everyone we came in contact with. The process to buy the car was very timely and efficient and we concluded the sale with Michael giving us an orientation of key features associated with the vehicle. I interviewed four other Mercedes service centers prior to getting my first service approximately four years ago and Mercedes of Alexandria surpassed them "hands down." I recently had my 30,000 service done there and I have never been disappointed with their technical expertise, care of my E550 4Matic, and industry standard leading customer service. My service advisor, Chris, is always pleasant and professional. They always give me the sense that their primary goals are to ensure that my Mercedes is in tip top operating condition and that I am totally satisfied with the service experience.
