Wonderful I was really nervous about purchasing my first luxury vehicle, but Rod's easygoing, friendly, personality really helped to calm the anxiety. He went above and beyond to find me a suitable vehicle. He even went as far as to pester the used cars management team to do an inventory swap. Initially I was looking to buy a new SUV, but Rod searched the entire inventory and found the perfect pre-owned truck for me. I did not have time to go over the entire operation of the vehicle, so Rod scheduled a convenient time for me to come back. He even assisted me by phone with some of the controls once I got on the road. That was awesome for me because most salesmen in my past experience would leave me to figure things out once I pulled off the lot. Thank you for an awesome experience Rod. It was really great working with you. More

Agreed contract not honored After being contacted many times and establishing a price on a new lease my husband and I made an appointment to secure a new car. After over an hour of wasted time the manager, financial manager and salesman decided they couldn’t and wouldn’t honor the agreement. I have been a customer at various Mercedes dealers for 25 years and have NEVER encountered a situation like this. Mercedes has always honored their agreement. Who would want to purchase a car from Mercedes Alexandria? This dealership lacks good faith. More

They provide personalized service that includes getting to know me as a customer and take care to make sure every small detail is taken care of. The General Manager (Pete Collins) is very hands on in his approach and took personal ownership of making sure that I was receiving the best possible customer service. The sales representative (Mike Prati) was clearly a very experienced salesperson who knew everything about the Mercedes vehicles and was very attentive throughout the process. And while finalizing the deal yesterday, Jerry Chao took the time (several times) to stop by and check on me to see if everything was ok and ask if I was being taken care of, offer assistance and answer questions. This is my THIRD TIME purchasing a car at this dealership and I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to others. Finally, I also want to give a shout out to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for their direct support of our local Community. Each year since 2015, they have generously supported our Alexandria 9/11 Heroes Run 5K. They have provided financial support and advertising help too. And most importantly, several of their team members (Al Daniels, in particular) have come out to support the event and brought their families. In the military, we had an expression, "Do the feet match the mouth?" Are you walking the talk? Mercedes seems to always walk the talk of being not just IN a Community, but being PART of a Community!
