Great service and very good work. Fortunately for me my service was still under warranty. Customer satisfaction is his approach! Mr. Alvin (Al) Daniels is very adept at not only providing a professional approach, but he is also focused on the total customer experience. I brought my car in for service and Al saw me waiting and asked had I been helped. After I told him yes, he told me if there was service he could render now or in the future on the purchase of a new or used car, he would be more than happy to assist. My car that was in for service has been with me for many years and the cost to repair it was more than I wanted to put into it. I went to see Al and he was concerned about what I wanted and not making a sale. He is truly at the acme of his profession. This was displayed by his ability to explain the difference between every model on the lot. Alvin Daniels is the reason I stopped my search and bought my Certified E400 from MB of Alexandria. It is about building relationships and I have definitely established one with Al. More

Superb customer service Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malik Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malike to get an emergency appointment for my car was easily the best experience I've had to date with any Mercedes Service Department. Not once did I have to wonder about the status of my car. Malik kept me updated, and delivered it back to me exactly as promised. I will definitely look to work with him again in the future!. More
