I would like to give high praises to salesman, Rod Durden. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman but also a true professional. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. No slick sales gimmicks and no attempts at manipulative xxxxxxas some salespersons can be. Just great accommodating service. After doing my homework, I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have ask for much more than that. I appreciate your courtesy, the time to go over all the features the vehicle offers, the time it took you to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. He even explained the Leasing program as an option. I decided to purchase the vehicle as new. I am very pleased with my GLC 300. I would highly recommend Rod Durden and Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria to anyone in the market for a new Mercedes. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I have had a great experience with my previous ones but I was aware that the technology has changed and improved over the last decade. I've always dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington but, this time, for convenience, I chose this dealership which is closer to my home. Was somewhat nervous but as I entered the building, I felt right at home. My salesman was Rod Durden who walked up to me and introduced himself. The rest was exceptionally great. He knew the M-B products and I had done my research so the choice was easy. From then, until I picked up the car today. everything went like clockwork. He is an excellent sales agent for the brand and I recommend him and the dealership highly. More
