My service advisor greeted me immediately even though he was on the phone. As soon as he was done, he apologized and proceeded to assist me. It was a Saturday afternoon and even though the wait was very long, Cesar Cardona (my service advisor) would check in with me occasionally. I have never worked with him but he treated me as if he had know me for years. He shared his love for cars, a passion he developed from childhood because his father and Uncle were in the business. I became hungry during my wait but some random employee took the trouble to search for snacks for me. It was near close of business and the snacks had run out. I appreciate all the trouble Cesar took to get me a good discount off my bill. He took my wait time into consideration and was very flexible. I opted out of a loaner because I find my car inferior after I drive those. Thank you for such a pleasant experience that day. More

Their idea is to take you to cleaners. Needed EGR valve replace. They were to Lazy to take the old EGR out, Said needed new head instead. I told them how to take it out they refused. CEASAR was very accommodating and app This review is about the service provided by CEASAR in trying to get the brake squeal fixed on my 2017 GLC 300. CEASAR was very accommodating and appologetic about the problem and the fact that Mercedes had not yet found a fix for the problem that is apparently common in the GLC 300. I went to the dealership not less than 3 times before CEASAR recommended I call Mercedes Benz USA Customer Care. They were very responsive and helpful, calling me back several times until it was confirmed that the parts to deal with the problem were available. Despite the disappointment in Mercedes for having this problem in the first place - I can’t fault CEASAR for it - he was patient when I wasn’t and in the end - the problem (fingers crossed) is fixed. More
