He listened to my needs and accommodated my request to test drive and think about my options until I was ready to return and make a purchase. The entire process from beginning to end was pressure free - there was no back and forth game like they do at other dealership. He took the time to explain the answers in a very direct manner with no "game playing". We were able to reach an agreeable purchase price and he was very responsive to me during this process.
